ND Studios is a Sydney based interior architecture studio founded by sisters Elaine and Jasmin, following their studies at the University of New South Wales and years of hands on industry experience. ELAINE NASR
director & co-founder
Elaine specialises in thoughtfully designed residential and commercial interiors through her studies in Interior Architecture. With a refined design sensibility and a deep understanding of the built environment, she creates spaces that are timeless, functional, and distinctly personal.
Her career spans architecture, luxury residential and commercial interiors, as well as project management, giving her a strong understanding of both design and construction. This multidisciplinary experience allows her to deliver interiors that are beautifully resolved, practical, and considered in every detail.
Raised around construction sites by her father, a property developer and civil and structural engineer, Elaine developed an early appreciation for the building process and quality craftsmanship. Her mother, with an innate eye for fashion and interiors, inspired her love of timeless design, beautiful materials, and thoughtful detail. Together, they inspired the name ND Studios, a tribute to the two people who first sparked her passion for design.
JASMIN NASR
director & co-founder
Jasmin is distinguished interior designer with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture (Honours). Her approach is grounded in curiosity and exploration, combining architectural thinking with an instinctive understanding of materiality, form, and spatial experience.
In 2024, Jasmin joined ND Studios, founded by her sister Elaine after her many years of experience in the industry. Jasmin’s passion for design started from the very beginning with her father being a property developer and civil, structural engineer. Growing up on construction sites it grew her curiosity for design. Bringing the name ND Studios to life Elaine and Jasmins parents.
She is drawn to the relationship between people and place, designing environments that feel intuitive, expressive, and deeply connected to those who inhabit them. Jasmin approaches every project as an opportunity to uncover its individual character, translating ideas into spaces with clarity and purpose.
With a thoughtful eye and a passion for meaningful design, she brings a fresh perspective to each project, creating interiors that feel layered, enduring, and uniquely their own.
NOAM DIAMANT
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Noam Diamant is an Interior Designer at ND Studios, bringing a thoughtful and detail-driven approach to every project. With a passion for creating refined, functional interiors, Noam carefully considers every element to ensure each space feels cohesive, timeless, and deeply connected to the people who live in it.
Working across high-end residential projects, Noam collaborates closely with the studio’s directors, clients, and consultants to develop interiors that balance elegance with practicality. From concept development to material selection and bespoke detailing, every decision is guided by intention and craftsmanship.
As part of the ND Studios team, Noam is committed to delivering spaces that embody the studio’s philosophy of understated luxury and enduring design. Through creativity, collaboration, and meticulous execution, Noam helps bring beautifully considered homes to life.
CELINE LAYOUN
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Creativity has always been at the heart of who Celine is. With a background in makeup artistry, and formal studies in interior design, she has always been drawn to creative expression, but it was interior design that truly captured her passion.
Celine loves creating spaces that balance beauty with functionality. Her approach is grounded in thoughtful details, bold ideas, and a genuine understanding of how considered design can positively shape the way people live and feel.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find her spending time with family, at the beach, or planning her next travel adventure. Inspired by the world around her, Celine is passionate about creating meaningful spaces that tell a story.
